FM Plus are a supplier for the performance of Building Cleaning Services. Our services comprise of the cleaning of the communal areas of Independent Living Schemes, General Let flats, Central Offices, Community Centres.

Supply and Delivery of Consumables
Supply and delivery of Consumables including Toilet rolls, antibacterial hand gels, hand soaps, paper towels and air freshener.
Environmental Cleans
Environmental cleans including Animal waste, Bodily fluids/matter, drug paraphernalia including syringes, solvent and non-edible oils.
Housing Group Contracts
For some housing groups we clean over 400 properties spread across two counties. Mobile cleaning teams in FM plus our vans carryout the majority of sites.
Monitoring and Quality Assurance
All operatives log in and out of each site via our Timegate electronic monitoring system which also creates their hours for Sage payroll. Each site is audited via our Servicetrak SLA and KPI’s software. Any building maintenance issues are also photographed in Servicetrak and sent to our client to ensure they are aware of a pending/current problem.
Client Communication and Support
FM Plus help desk sets up a dedicated email address for all the housing groups clients to use, should they have any requests or questions.
