Timegate is an essential package for schedules, employee rosters, time and attendance, and reporting along with add-on packs for employee engagement, employee recruitment, finance management, insights and reporting, and service delivery.
Through Timegate each employee logs onto the system at the start of their shift via their mobile phones. We create a geo fence around each of our customers sites. Once our employee is inside the geo fence they are able to log in. At the end of their shift, they log out whilst in the geo fence.
The system is in real time and can not be retrospectively changed.
