Managers can remotely assign work and manage shifts via mobiles, tablets or desktops - ensuring that work teams are selected and assigned with the relevant certifications and experience, at the touch of a button.
Should an urgent job arise, our systems can immediately identify available employees with the right qualifications and experience for the role, ensuring a faster response for customers when urgency is a priority.
Providing full transparency has been an important addition to all aspects of our facilities management outsourcing. Given the nature of the industry, and that a large amount of our work is done outside of office hours, it brings confidence and assurance to our customers.
